1. 0 Online Quotations
Online quotations are intended solely to provide a guide cost for
the tour items selected. All tour guide costs are calculated
as per person based on double occupancy. Single supplement
rates and upgrades can be provided on request. All online quotations
are strictly subject to verification and validation by a J.
D. Golf Tours member of staff. Availability of any selection
is not guaranteed.
2.0 Deposit and Final Payment
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% applies and balance
of payment is required six (6) weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by Cheque, Wire transfer, Bank Draft,
or Credit Card (Access, Visa or Master Card). An administration
charge of 2% is levied against credit card transactions.
3.0 Itinerary & Documents
A detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents and
vouchers are issued upon full payment.
4.0 Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via
mail or fax to J. D. Golf Tours Limited and is subject to
the following per person cancellation charges:
* Up to six week before arrival - The amount of the deposit
* Within 6-4 weeks of arrival - 30% of the Holiday cost & the
deposit
* Within 4-2 weeks of arrival - 50% of the Holiday cost & the
deposit
* Within 14 days of arrival - 100% of the Holiday cost & the
deposit
5.0 Changes
An administrative fee of € 50 per change, per person,
applies for any changes requested by a client after deposit
has been received and confirmation issued. Changes may not
be made less than 45 days before travel, except with the express
written approval of J.D. Golf Tours Limited.
6.0 Unused Portions
In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of booked
itineraries.
7.0 Car Hire
Car Driver must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's
license. Car Hire, includes, unlimited mileage, CDW (collision
damage waiver) and V.A.T. (valued added tax). Price does not
include location tax, petrol/gas, additional driver fee or
excess insurance. At the car hire desk you will be offered the
opportunity to buy extra insurance to cover this excess.
8.0 Compliance
The standard cost letter forms the basis for compliance with
the requirements of the package Holiday and Travel Trade
Act 1995.
9.0 Travel Insurance
We recommend that you obtain accident and baggage travel insurance.
J .D. Golf Tours Limited is not liable for loss, damage or
theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal
injury, accident or illness.
10.0 Disclaimer

J. D. Golf Tours Limited or any of its agents or employees,
shall not be held liable for; and by accepting these terms
the customer waives any claim against all such parties for;
(a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person
caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful
act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind
by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b)
any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other
similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections,
substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or
change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double
booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of J.
D. Golf Tours Limited.
10.2
J. D. Golf Tours Limited does not accept responsibility for
losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine,
sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes.
Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
